"All e-mails are in Japanese and the replies are thoughtful, polite and timely. They are easy to work with as you can specify the format of your choice - rest assured it will be completed in that order. You can choose both American and British English, too. For previous jobs I needed to get two independent reviewers to check the translations but there is no need to do so with Mochiwa Mochiya so they also work out to be very cost effective, too. I always want to use the team at Mochiwa Mochiya. The turnaround times are also faster than others. Some places require one or two months, so I was amazed when Mochiwa Mochiya could do it in just two weeks! For previous translation projects with other agencies I had to make international calls, speak in English and worry about different time zones.
